[HBQRP] question

When I was there (last September?) somone mentioned where you got the syringe of stuff used for surface mount parts and other stuff from someplace.
 
I thought I had it saved on my computer but I cannot find it, probably because I can't remember the name.  I know I put it in QQ, but that issue is packed for moving (we hope to close by the end of the month--only took 10 months to get the house built).
 
Can anyone there help me?  I got my heater but have not used it--yet.  Hope to soon.
