Wasn't aware of that store being in business. Is Frank Ladd's place on 42nd
St. still open ???
Haven't been there in years. Think he used to be an Icom dealer.

I am sad to report that Omaha Electronics (located in Omaha, on 2222
Leavenworth St) will be closing its doors within the next week or so.
There is a going out of business sale going on there now with goodies
from 20% to 50% off. He has several Ramsey QRP kits still on the shelf.
I for one will be sad to see Doug and the store go away. Not only was it
a good place to get component parts, but it was a fun place to stop,
have a cup of coffee and just chat.
We wish them well.
