[HamSat] Possible SSTV From ISS at end of July

The AMSAT-UK Twitter feed tweeted this morning that SSTV is possible around
the end of July. The downlink is FM on 145.800 MHz. These signals are very
strong because they use the Kenwood rig in the Russian segment. The Ericsson
HT on packet is only 5 watts.
