[HamSat] Those Icoms in Japan updated

     Even though my Japanese is limited in conversation I talked to the store owner of the Icom 706gm and gs,and came to the conclusion that yes they do cross mode in transmit and receive, the units should be no different than 706g,but they have lower power..like 20 watts at most.

      There is another Icom I found in a catalog and its built for satellite and its called a ic970j ,its 20 watts,but sells for 278,000 yen..the price of checking the yen rate is 119 yen/1.00dollar..inother words it is up to the old calculator to make the decision..I can try an get the catalog scanned and see what happens.
