You have to be kidding.
A 5 second Google turned up this bottom picture of the HQ-180 without the
cabinet.

You tell where the screw goes.  Ha  Maybe it's a sheet metal one but
probably not a binding head. Round head would look ugly. Not wood so wood
screw wouldn't work. Brass type would probably work but there would be a
color clash with the cabinet color.

And in the scheme of things, most likely its use is probably not really
that significant. 
Between the two of you, you should be able to come up with a screw. Don't
you save old ones from things you dismantled and then forgot to put back
all the hardware?
