[Hammarlund] Age list of HQ-129-X?

It's anywhere from 67 to 75 years old.
If the thing still has original parts (tubes, capacitors etc.), looking
at their date code might give you a clue.

A Google shows at least two threads where HQ-129X serial numbers came up
along with a generalization of "serial numbers" to manufacturing dates".
It seems from some that were around during the boatanchor heydays of
manufacture, there was no correlation of serial numbers to actual
manufacturing dates with many manufacturers. Maybe 70 years later it's a
curious bit of information; I guess back then they didn't care.
