[Hammarlund] Re-Capping HQ-180A - Some Questions

    Again, the low voltage section is probably for use as a 
cathode bypass for the audio output tube. Do NOT parallel it with 
one of the filter caps because its voltage rating is not high 
enough. It will eventually short. That is probably what made the 
resistor burn up.
