[Hammarlund] Politics on the web?

Historically the various lists pertaining to radio and perhaps other subject
matter have been off limits for political debate.  Hammarlund is no
different.  Folks joined this list and others to concentrate on Hammarlund.
There are MANY other opportunities to discuss ongoing political issues.  In
fact, there are so many other opportunities there is no need to do it here.
Personally I am very interested in current politics and it's nice to go
visit a site where politics is not the primary issue.

Hammarlund is for Hammarlund.

Politics is the business between people and their government. There is NEVER
an improper place to discuss it.
Given the trouble that we have gotten into recently, I would like to see a
lot more "discussion".
True, the election WAS 2 years ago--and Hillary won !
Instead, we got a buffoon who is causing all sorts of trouble that the good
ol' USA will be dealing with for a long time-and NONE of it good.
This is what happens when we set up a system where morons can control who
gets elected.

This little "Poem"is all well and good-but has that "fake patriot" thing all
over it.
I spent over four years in the Navy. I have seen all this before. If I had
children who expressed a desire to join up today, I would do everything to
educate them about all this. The USA has NOT fought a righteous war since WW
II. Today's battles are no exception.
Now-we have a moron as commander in chief. If I were in the military right
now, I would be worried as hell.
