[Hammarlund] Unstable Oscillator adjustments in the HQ-180

In the late 50's, I had a set of plastic alignment tools. The worked 
fine except that they weren't strong. Any stuck core would mangle the 
tip. At 25 cents each, I could afford too many of those . . .
