[Hammarlund] Unstable Oscillator adjustments in the HQ-180

     I am not so sure.  There were certainly non-conductive and 
non-reactive tools.  I don't know when ceramics became available but its 
easy enough to make a tool using ceramic rod stock (available, do a 
google search).
