[Hammarlund] HQ-129-X Mechanical Question

Hi Richard,

I don't have and never owned a 129. I did have a 145X for several years 
but that is not quite the same thing. I did *use* a 129 at a friends 
home a few time and it did not do what you are describing so I assume 
it's not supposed to be dragging on the front panel. I hope you get it 
sorted out soon. maybe the front panel took a hit (straighten it) or you 
need the install shims or grommets. Meanwhile, when you are using it be 
careful to not touch the front panel.

Patient to doctor: "when I move like this it hurts".
Doctor to patient: "don't move like this".

Not a satisfactory final solution but in the interim...
