[Hammarlund] FW: [Milsurplus] SP-600 Question

I believe that you are seeing an aftermarket overlay on that dial.  If 
you look closely you'll probably see that it's a paper "stick-on".  To 
my knowledge, Hammarlund did not supply such a dial, but I know there's 
been at least one source of them in the past 10 yrs or so.
