[Hammarlund] HQ-180 problem-not the tubes

Way back in 1964, I installed a duplicate of National's NCX-3/NCX-5 AGC system into my HQ-145X. Simple, stable, and worked great on CW and SSB up through and including the 10m band. Made the S-meter work on CW and SSB, too!
