[Hammarlund] HX 50 transformer

Hi all,
I received my new transformer today from Heyboer. Looking good of
course. I do have a bit of a concern though. I noticed the wire is a bit
smaller gauge than my original. Im hoping this isnt going to pose a
problem down the road. Also, there is not a diagram or color code
schematic with the transformer like I received when I got the
transformer from them for my HT-30 Hallicrafters transmitter. All of the
color codes on the transformer are the same except for one wire. My
original transformer has one wire that is red with a_black_ stripe. The
new transformer has a red wire with a_blue_ stripe. These are the only
differences in the wire colors. Do you think I can assume these two
wires are going to the same spot in each transformer? I feel I can. I
just do not want to get this thing hooked up incorrectly. Also, most of
the other wires are pairs in the same colors. Does it matter which one
goes where as long as it is the correct color when I hook it back up to
the radio? Or, to put it another way, is there a left or right, or does
it matter if they are swapped since they are the same color, as long as
I put them back on the correct terminals using the same color wire in
the radio? Any suggestions would be helpful so I dont screw this thing
up. My HT-30 went smooth as glass and I am hoping this to be the same.

Thanks-Bob-W0YBS
