[Hammarlund] Zener-diode ballast tube replacement.

Since this all got started to hopefully stabilize oscillators, I wonder if those who don't have a 12-14V AC source in their receivers could take the 6.3V AC (hopefully) and stabilize the oscillator filament at say 5.25 to 5.5 VDC with careful selection of the zeners.
