Thanks to all who graciously replied to my request.  I have ordered film capacitors in .01 uF and .022 uF values, and will try to coil
their leads to solder on the remaining stubs.  I'm afraid of breaking a lug or tie-point, etc.  The two references for recapping are
excellent and I will follow their advice.  Now just waiting for Mouser to bring the parts. I only want to have to do this one time, and
do it right the first time.
