My SP600 is ready for ReCapping. How do you recommend to do it? Clip leads of the BBODs and solder the new capacitor leads on
either the lead remnants or the "lugs"?? Or, desolder each connection, unwrap the BBOD leads and then attach the new capacitor leads
and re-solder?? Use solder wick, or suction to get rid of old solder? How long do you leave the leads of the new capacitors? I see photos
of nicely trimmed caps, and also I have seen capacitors on long leads sticking up in the air. Do you have a sturdy physical connection
before soldering the new capacitors. I have .01 UF disc ceramics @ 1000V about the size of a nickel for replacements. Any ideas are
appreciated before I get started. BTW I did replace C102 before getting the receiver to work prior to stripping it down. And, it played
so good I almost hesitated to tear it down. Thanks for your suggestions.
