[Hammarlund] comet pro coils?

Hi,

SW-3 coils have six pins. The six pins are all the same size but in two
groups of three pins with the dividing gaps between groups slightly
wider than the spacing between the pins in the groups of three. Yup.. I
just looked and they're still that way. The SW-3 bandspread coils have
the cap. The general coverage coils do not.

I the think the HBR uses 5-pin coil forms. Those all have caps on them
if I recall correctly. I have seen a lot of other radios that use the
5-pin forms with and without the caps. If I had that bucket full of
forms I would make a radio or two that uses them ( recoomendation for
you). Having only two I sent mine to somebody else who had others and
wanted to wind coils for a radio he had.
