[Hammarlund] SP-400X and 210

The SP400 is similar to the SP210. One thing to take into account is that 
there are several paper caps inside the IF cans that have to be replaced. If 
I remember well from the restoration of my SP210SX years ago the IF can 
covers can be easily removed without having to desolder and remove the IF 
transformer themselves. After restoration these radios work wonderfully 
well. Just make sure that all resistances are also checked.

    If I remember correctly, recapping an SP-400 is somewhat less difficult 
because I don't think you have to remove the RF Deck to get at hidden caps. 
I hope someone can confirm this because I last worked on my SP-400 about 10 
years ago.
