I thought General Cement (now GC Electronics) was the primary supplier of
those tools.
I remember Philmore for often shoddy Jap components....now that really dates
me....an entry level kits about 3 grades below anyone else. In the 80's
their components were the same as most any other importer, fairly decent
hobby grade.
Datak did the dry transfers, PC board chemicals and similar. I still have
some of that stuff.
