6SG7 RF and 1st IF for starters; no other changes.

If you want more oomph on 10-15M replace the 6K8 with a 6SB7Y. Use Bill Orrs 
NC-240D mod in CQ as the guide. That should be in the files section of 
Glowbugradio.

The later 6X8 mixer/osc mod also in CQ for the 129 works well if you want to 
get involved to that level.
