[Hammarlund] Cleaning HQ 140XA dials

Ive cleaned some mighty scruffy HQ and SP dials with Scrubbing Bubbles after 
first testing on the part # that doesnt otherwise show. Nary a problem and 
some results are absolutely amazing after 2-3 light passes with the cloth. 
The graphs all appear to be a silk screen.
