[Hammarlund] HQ-170 Audio

Its in the 170A also, same comments apply.

Ill be quiet for awhile and will be digging into a customers Alpha 76PA 
repair job that ate its bandswitch, fried the 160M toroid and probably more. 
That should put me into a foul mood soon (-;
