[Hammarlund] WTB: HQ-145 calibrator

Id like to find the factory version if possible. For now Ive double 
sided taped on a Johnson.

Hi Carl, I hope you didn't expect a simple yes or no answer :>). I 
restored my HQ-145 last year and ended up building the calibrator. It's 
pretty simple and I think it was about $20 in parts plus some from the 
junkbox.
