[Hammarlund] WTB: HQ-145 calibrator

Hi Carl, I hope you didn't expect a simple yes or no answer :>). I restored my HQ-145 last year and ended up building the calibrator. It's pretty simple and I think it was about $20 in parts plus some from the junkbox.
