[Hammarlund] Need IF transformer

Welcome to the world of Hammarlunds silver mica disease. Youre better 
off fixing what you have rather than having to do it all over again. 
Eventually the other transformers in the radio will also fail.

With a steady signal tuned in, hook a scope lead to the plate pin of 
each stage ( set the scope on AC) until you find the bad one. An AC VTVM 
that works at the IF frequency will work also, especially on the grid 
pin side but the failure will be on the plate side most of the time.
