[Hammarlund] 6C4 issues - progress ! (was dead on 15m HQ-170a)

Hi Kim
Over the years working on 170 & 180's I have found most 6C4's test fine but
will stop oscilating unless I use
the 6C4 milspec tube i.e HQ180 will stop working on below 630 KKhz on
the BCB
