[Hammarlund] HQ129XC Recapps

A leaky input cap can cause any output tube to draw excessive current and 
take out the output transformer; its a problem in all makes were owners dont 
know what they are doing and just turn an old radio on expecting it will 
work. Or worse yet consider it the first step in the repair cycle.
