[Hammarlund] Re Hammarlund re Caps

I had 4 defective micas in mine and one was the BFO coupling cap. Also all 
screen dropper resistors were way out of spec as well as several in the 1st 
audio and AGC circuits.

It could also be a dirty bandswitch, control, or a bad tube.
