[Hammarlund] BC 779 Pwr Supply

I have a BC-779 and a RA-94 power supply.  The supply voltages are  
significantly higher when the radio is not connected (not double, though).   The chokes 
in my supply have unusually high resistances, and so drop a lot  of voltage 
when the radio is drawing its correct current.  If all else  checks OK, try 
connecting up the radio, let it warm up for a few minutes, then  check the 
voltages.  Good luck with your radios- I've greatly enjoyed my  BC-779A now that 
I've got it all fixed up.
