[Hammarlund] Question/Help on SP-600 fuses

Good advice all. I am in the middle of spray painting sx-28 cabinets,
but I will be digging into the sp-600.

It has been recapped, both the BBODs and the power supply electrolytics
have been replaced.

Not sure if the fuse is going right away or after a second or two.
It is only after I realize that the audio hasn't come on that I 
 start checking.

The "large" sp-600 manual lists which models have the 3 amp and which
 have the other. One thing I can think of that affects the current draw
 is those two high power resistors on the lower part of the left hand
panel.
 Some rigs have them, some do not.
