depends on the cost for you.  I did get one of ebay and it was very well
done, unfortunately I don't remember
who did it and there are no markings on it.
 
James has the 11-851 on the web which you can down load.
 
If you need some help fixing it up I/others can give you a hand.  If
necessary take a photo of the terminal 
strip and send it along.

I checked the terminal strip and it is an earlier model I guess as the
terminal strip has no posts on it and is linear. I have issue 6, do you
think I would benefit from buying a TM 11-851? There is a reprint right
now on ebay for 34.99
