Doesn't the RF control click down to turn off the power? At least that is
what I see in the schematic and how my 600's behave.
 

If you were referring to my above post, yes it does. When I said the volume doesn't shut off when it is on 0 I meant with the radio still on before it is clicked off, they stop all RF usually below 4 or 5 depending on the signal strength. I meant there is something wrong in that part of the circuitry. My RF control is not working correctly.
