[Hammarlund] Telechron Clock Noise

Good Morning,

The Telechron clock on my HQ-100 has begun to make an intermittent noise.
Sound is a faint clicking at maybe a 10Hz rate, similar to gear clash but not
nearly as ominous.
Is this common on this type clock after they have been running
for the past 50 or so years?
If a simple oiling is needed, is there a particular place (oil hole, 
etc.) to look for?
