[Hammarlund] SP-600 knob

I am looking for an original tuning knob for my SP-600.  Mine has been 
replaced with a crank type knob that is really not very comfortable.

I would also like to ask the opinion of the list about where to bring 
out the control lines for an external relay to control receiver 
silencing during transmit.  I don't want to drill any holes in the 
chassis, but I don't see any other option except using flying leads for 
the connection.  Any ideas?
