Thanks but unfortunately I don't have a sweep RF generator, do have an
O-scope however. Someone suggested I had too much RF going into the radio
and I think they were right as it is much better now, found the crystal
frequency was about 455.3, although the frequencies are still off. I also
got reprimanded for re-aligning a receiver which was just aligned, haha! Now
I can't figure out why the bands got "stretched" they start out close to
correct at the low end and get progressively higher as I go up the dial. At
elast on the single conversion bands, the 10 mhz WWV was right on (I aligned
that again also)
