[Hammarlund] Wanted: SP-600-JX-21A or SPC-10

Saw one for sale once at Dallas Ham-Com about 10 years ago.  Asking price
then was $1000.  It was in beautiful condition, and I was told in had come
out of NBS in Boulder.  I'd just spent my pocket full of change on something
else, and passed on it.  Regrettably, in retrospect.

For several years I put out a WTB on one of these once a quarter without so
much as a "trade me your firstborn and it's yours" response, and have had a
"looking for" posting on my website forever.  The same fellow who had the
JX-21A for sale had one tucked under the table, and someone else grabbed it
-- wish I could remember his callsign.  So I know there is at least one out
there.  I also think there's a list member who may have several of them.
But they are difficult if not impossible to shake loose.  Maybe the secret
is keeping an eye on the obits and hitting the widow early, before the
estate sale, with beaucoup cash in hand :-)
