Sorry - I don't have one. In fact, I have a JX17 myself with the FCU missing 
as well.

Do you really need the FCU? Do you intend to operate the device with 
crystals? If not, then don't bother with it.

N.B. - Of course, the JX17 uses the FCU to hold the SO-239 connector for VFO 
input and output, so without the FCU, you can't use the receiver in 
diversity mode. I don't know anybody that actually uses JX-17s in diversity 
mode these days, so it probably doesn't matter.

Even without the FCU, it is still a great receiver.
