You already have a receiver in the HQ-180 that will run rings around the
HQ-150 as far as selectivity goes, and as far as most anything else goes,
too, except that the barn-broad HQ-150 will be better on AM.  The HQ-150
does look a bit more "buzzardly" :-)

If you really can't live without trying your QF-1 on the HQ-180, then it
looks like you would tie the QF-1 output to the plate of V3 in the HQ-180 --
at least that's the stage I'd try first.  If that doesn't work try V4.  If
what you have is an HQ-180A, there is a "system socket" on the chassis where
you can obtain B+ and filament power.  If you have an HQ-180 (no-A) there is
no "system socket" because the rectifier tube is in that location, and you
will have to locate appropriate points in the HQ-180 to source power to the
QF-1 or use a separate power supply.

About the only thing potentially useful to be gained is a second notch.
