The chassis should NOT be hot to the AC line. You probably have a =
shorted bypass capacitor from the AC line to the chassis, or a power =
transformer with an internal short from the primary to the case. This =
is NOT normal for any BA with a power transformer [essentially, any one =
that you would want to own]. 73.

wire ant touched the chassis and blew a fuse. I know these must be =
common to all boat anchors how do I isolate the chassis from the ac? =
