[Hammarlund] SP-600 panel inspection

I currently have 11 SP-600's awaiting restoration (don't ask . . . they just
followed me home). Only two of them have steel front panels - I don't have
the serial numbers for them with me (I am traveling). I have one with a very
low serial number (less than 1000) - no bathtub capacitors! All tubulars. It
has an alluminum front panel. I can't figure any rhyme or reason to the
panel composition. My best guess is that they had a military order for a
bunch with steel panels.
