I will venture a guess. Before cable, the balun only had to work well
down to channel 2 (54 mHz). Now, with cable having frequencies down to
5 mHz on the system, the frequency response must extend down much lower.
I don't know of any way to visually tell if the balun is good at the
lower frequencies. Test it or roll tour own.
