I've been looking for an SPC-10 for several years, after passing one 
up early in my BA collecting life because I didn't know what it was.  
(I also walked past an SP600-JX21A .. dumb.  Then again, I didn't 
have a kilobuck left in my pocket at that point in the day ....).  Oh, 
well.

The only other one I've ever encountered changed hands for 
something in the $2500 range.  A bit over the top.  Someone must 
have a storeroom full and not know what they are.

The HC-10 -- although it isn't the same form factor -- is nearly 
identical electrically and probably works just as well.  At least you 
can likely find one of those.  It does have it's quirks, though ...
