[Hammarlund] Eureka! Its Alive!

Hi.Well, I did a "quickie" slow bring-up over about 5 1/2 hours.  It's just
about at full Voltage now and "it's alive"!

It's playing up through 30MHz (I haven't checked band 6 yet) so I know that
the 3.5MHz Xtal is good after all.  Wonder why they thought it was missing?

A few notes.
1.  Overall gain seems down, especially on the higher bands (3 and up).  The
lower two seem pretty much normal.  This may be correctable by alignment if
somebody was troubleshooting a 2nd mixer problem and twisted everything.
2.  No response from the "S" meter, but if I press the meter switch to audio
and turn the volume up I get deflection.  So next step is to troubleshoot
the S meter function.  But at least it's alive and all controls seem to
work, though the volume control is very scratchy and may need replacement.
