[Hammarlund] SP-600 First report, HC-10 question.

Hi again Phil,
    Congrats on your latest find.  The HC-10 is a great addition to the
SP-600.
    Just thought I'd point out, again, to you & others, that there's a
"service" section on The Hammarlund Historian website, it includes Ray
Vasek's great article on recapping the SP-600.  Not there yet, but on my
site, is some info on re-doing the front panel.  It's not a hard job, and
can really make them look like new.  I also show one hooked up with an
SPC-10, just use the IF out jack.  I think the HC-10 manual shows the hookup
with an adapter to rcvrs that don't have that jack.
    I don't think you mentioned if you were one of the lucky ones to get one
with no BBOD's.  If so, the work is greatly reduced.
