[Hammarlund] HFO Rotary Switch Cover

You have a *portable* JX17, Dave? Heck, mine doesn't even have handles!
Seriously, I have a virgin very late production model JX17 (completely
un-touched and un-modded inside, with factory disc ceramics) and I'll check
it and see - don't remember if it has a cover or not.
