[Hammarlund] muting SP 600 JX 17

I have W7FG manual for SP 600 that shows "relay" connection on rear apron
UNLIKE my SP 600 JX17. My rear apron has a 4 pin "remote" socket on it.
Would appreciate learning from some of you how to mute the JX 17.

If you can point me to muting info painlessly, I would appreciate it. I have
just put the SP 600 JX17 on the bench to use on A.M. for the time being. My
BFO doesn't work so maybe I can use it in my A.M. station until I get the
