[Hammarlund] SP-400 powersupply question

Folks, I'm working on getting an SP-400 back on it's feet,
and the current project is the power supply. What is the
solution to replacing the 2mf by 1000v electrolytic? I
have not been able to find anything even close to this
rating anywhere. What have others done to substitute?
Can you safely series connect two 600 volt caps?
