Hammarlund List users,

For several years I hosted the Hammarlund Historian  web site at 
http://www.qsl.net/hammarlund . Several weeks ago I received an e-mail and 
a phone call asking that the site be deleted as the present "owner" was no 
longer involved in manuals etc...

I disabled the site but did not delete it, I also registered the 
domain  http://www.hammarlund.info and imaged the old site there with all 
traces of the old "owner" removed per his wishes. This site is alive 
although somewhat of a disaster.

Those of you who know me know I do not have the time to do anything for 
this site so I am offering it's use to anyone or group that wishes to take 
the ball and run with it.

I made this same offer to the hallicrafters group and they have done a 
first class job

p.s.  Picked my fully restored HQ170AC VHF  and HX50-A today....now for a 
few hours of free time and it would be 1965 for me all over again
