[Hammarlund] Super-Pro SP-200 series IF transformer or spring needed

Hi all -

I am looking for an IF transformer T2 or T3 for my SP-210-LX (BC-779B)
receiver (shown as p/n SA-166 in manual). This is the variable coupling
transformer with the brass rod that sticks down and gets moved by the
bandwidth control - 2 used. Not sure if SP-400s also used the same one.

One of mine was in bad shape. The phenolic pieces all had their corners
broken off and the spring is missing. The whole mess was just jammed back in
the can! I really just need the spring because I repaired the broken pieces,
but it may be easier for someone to just take out the whole transformer. So
if anyone has a junker receiver that is beyond restorable, I sure could use
this piece.

I don't think a regular hardware store steel spring will work right because
of magnetic interaction with the two coils. It looks like the spring is
brass or phosphor-bronze, and the rods and can are all non-ferrous
materials. The spring is a compression type about 2" long and about 1/4"
diameter.

Thanks for any help,
